We pride ourselves on our targeted questions and staunch commitment to customer service -- that’s what allows us to guarantee our eventual product recommendations are both personalized and tailored to a business’s needs.
4. At the end of the call, the sales representative will recommend a knife from our large catalog of products. We carry the largest selection of professional safety knives and have more than three decades of experience in the knife industry that has informed our expertise. Above all, a buyer can be sure that the sales representative will work diligently to ensure their recommendation is the absolute best fit.
5. Based on the sales representative’s recommendation, Martor USA will send the prospective buyer a sample of a knife at no cost. We also include training information with the sample. 
6. After the prospective buyer has had some time to test out the knife, our sales representative will follow up for feedback about the knife’s performance. The prospective buyer can then place an order for more knives if they are satisfied (trust us, they always are!).
